To register your child(ren) for camp, follow these steps:

1. Print the application
2. Complete application/ medical release form
3. Include non-refundable deposit (total balance due July 30)
4. Mail to:

5. Have reference letter sent
6. If applying for a Ministry Scholarship, please fill out the application.
